ChemSet F1CT38 Dishwasher Fastener (1.5″ L x .75″ W) with 10-32 x 3/16 Philips Head Screw
The F1CT38 Dishwasher fastener is an easy-to-use glue-on fastening system for mounting your dishwasher to the underside of your countertop. Simply use our 633 Epoxy (for Granite and Marble) or our 605 Acrylic (for Solid Surface, Quartz, or Engineered Stone) to adhere the fastener to the underside of your countertop while aligned with your dishwasher tabs. Within minutes the adhesive will cure and you can then use the 3/16 Phillips Head Screw to then securely fasten and align everything.
No more wooden strips attached to the underside of your countertop, and no more drilling!
Instructions:
- Choose your Adhesive Depending on the Countertop Material: 633 Epoxy/605 Acrylic – Dispense a small amount of adhesive until adhesive is flowing from both sides (A&B)
- 25ml Hand Syringe: Push adhesive out in equal amounts and mix thoroughly with a mixing stick until the color is completely uniform
- 50ml Cartridge: Place cartridge into dispense gun without attaching mixing nozzle, dispense small amount until both sides dispense at the same time attach mixing nozzle, then attach nozzle and dispense a 6-8” bead of adhesive on scrap material to purge the cartridge
- Clean the area to be bonded and the Glue-On Fastener with alcohol. The surface must be clean and dry for good adhesion
- Carefully apply 633 Epoxy/605 Acrylic to the base of the F1CT38 Fastener and set in the desired position on the underside of the countertop
- Allow 45 minutes – 1 hour for adhesive to reach proper handling strength
- Note: Adhesive will continue to cure for up to 24 hours
- Once the adhesive has reached handling strength place your dishwasher into position and attach with teh 10-32 x3/16 Philips Head Screw Provided
