Albion Backer Rod Insertion Tools 

Standard:

• Set foam backer rod in caulk joints quickly, at a consistent depth and without puncturing.
• Adjustable for placing backer rod at any designed depth up to 1″ deep.
• Standard model includes 4 insertion wheels of different widths (1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″ wide) and 1 tamping blade.
• Replacement wheels available:
  • 640-G02 = 1/8″
  • 640-G03 = 1/4″
  • 640-G04 = 3/8″
  • 640-G05 = 1/2″
  • 640-G18 = Tamp Blade
  • 640-H15 = Thumb Screw
  • 640-G11 = Main frame assembly with washers, pushnuts and 640-H21 1/2″ wheels
• For setting rod deeper up to 2″ use accessory wheel 640-G20.

Corner:

• Places foam backer rods in corner caulk joints (AKA cove joints or perimeter joints) quickly, at a consistent depth and without puncturing.
• Fully adjustable to place the backer rod at any designed depth.
• Includes 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″ wide insertion wheels:
  • 640-G06 = 1/8″
  • 640-G07 = 1/4″
  • 640-G08 = 3/8″
  • 640-G09 = 1/2″
• Purchase here by itself or in a kit (640-3) along with the standard Backer Rod Insertion tool 640-5

Road:
