When the Captain Says It…….
We have to confess, when we get proclamations from our customers about how well one of our product works for them, we do get pretty excited. After all, we’re in business to make our customers happy. And we’re happy to pass on the good news when we get compliments. Like this post about our Chem-Set 6105 Polyolefin Binder. And looks like we’ve hit the jackpot again – this time in the May edition of Power & Motoryacht Magazine.
The Chem-Set 6105 binder is in the spotlight again – this time as part of the Tip of the Month from Capt. Bill Pike. The Captain echoes the lament that has long been heard from boat restorers and builders…that there’s no good way to easily bond King Starboard either to itself or to other materials. But then he shares what he terms an “amazing development”: that he found that Chem-Set 6105 is the answer when it comes to bonding King Starboard.
Here’s a little quote from the Captain regarding Chem-Set 6105:
a straightforward little product that seems to robustly – and I do mean robustly – bond Starboard but demands no complicated prep or materials.
His “real world test” of our product produced a bond on the King Starboard so strong that he “couldn’t break it no matter how hard I tried.”
We agree, Captain Bill. Here’s the video of us trying to break the bond…and we didn’t have any luck either.
