It was my first-time ordering and there was a small misunderstanding. Scott from customer service got ahold of me and did an amazing job of getting it straightened out. In this day and age of computers and AI this was a wonderful example of person-to-person customer service. I will definitely be buying more supplies from these guys. They are awesome!!!!!!!!
