Description
TAH 160-830 (new part # 7700927) has 30 mixing elements and a 9.30 mm element diameter (.366 in). This mixer has a stepped tip giving users the ability to cut the nozzle end to adjust bead dispensing size. The 160 mixer is unique in that materials do not meet in the manifold before the mixer, eliminating the problem of manifold plugging and cleaning. Instead, the 160-830 mixer has valve manifolds that separately port the A and B materials directly into the mixer making the cleanup process a simple nozzle removal and manifold wipe.
Some competitor mixing nozzles have a smaller inlet bell.
TAH offers plastic sleeves which press-fit into the standard Series 160 bell to convert our mixers to their size.
