Plexus MA590 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive engineered for demanding structural bonding applications. This high-strength adhesive offers an extra long working time of 90-105 minutes, providing exceptional flexibility for bonding large or complex assemblies.
MA590 is ideal for a wide range of industries, including marine, transportation, and construction. It excels at bonding a variety of substrates, including:
- Composites: DCPD, FRP, Gelcoat, Phenolics, Epoxy Based Composites, RIM
- Coated metals: Powder coated or E-coated Metals
- Thermoplastics: ABS/ ABS Blends, Acrylics, PBT, Polycarbonate, Rigid PVC, TPUs
- Raw metals (with PC120 primer): Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Raw Steel
