Description
ChemSet 735-8 Sink Anchor Kit (8 Sets of Hardware) contains Undermount Studs and Sink Clips to securely mount sinks under any counter surface without drilling. With the use of our ChemSet 633 Epoxy (for Natural Stones) or ChemSet 605 Acrylic (for Solid Surface/Quartz) simply adhere these fasteners to the underside of your countertop to support your undermount sink.

Each Kit will Contain:
- (8) M1-RB38-1/4-20×0.75″ Studs
- (8) Z-Shaped Sink Clips
- (8) Wingnuts
- (8) Washers
Instructions:
- Remove cap from 633 Epoxy/605 Acrylic Adhesives – Dispense a small amount of adhesive until adhesive is flowing from both sides (A&B)
- 25ml Hand Syringe: Push adhesive out in equal amounts in provided mixing cup and mix thoroughly with mixing stick until the color is completely uniform
- 50ml Cartridge: Place cartridge into dispense gun without attaching mixing nozzle, dispense small amount until both sides dispense at the same time attach mixing nozzle, then attach nozzle and dispense a 6-8” bead of adhesive on scrap material to purge the cartridge
- Clean the area to be bonded and the Glue-On Fastener with alcohol. Surface must be clean and dry for good adhesion
- Carefully apply 633 Epoxy/605 Acrylic to the base of the Glue-On Fastener or and set in desired position on the underside of the countertop around the sink cut-out
- Allow 45 minutes – 1 hour for adhesive to reach proper handling strength
- Note: Adhesive will continue to cure for up to 24 hours
- Once adhesive has reached handling strength place your sink into position, mount the ‘Z’-Shaped Sink Clip onto the Glue-On Fastener, add Washer, then tighten with the Wingnut
