The ChemSet MC-06-18 is a disposable static mixer with a bell mount cartridge attachment and stepped discharge outlet.
This ChemSet MC-06-18 static mixer has a bell housing or bell mount cartridge attachment and is used with 200, 400, or 600 ml cartridges or meter mix machines. The stepped mixing nozzle outlet attachment is designed to discharge a precise bead of adhesive or to attach to a spreading device. Inside the casing is an 18-section element that fits tightly to eliminate any adhesive bypass during the mixing process. Designed for mixing ratios 1:1 and 2:1; this ensures a complete mix for epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates. The ChemSet MC-06-18 is a motionless mixer for manufacturing assembly operations, carbon fiber, meter mix machines, gasketing, and potting operations, and also concrete repair.
