The ChemSet 161-236 is a disposable static mixer with a bell mount cartridge attachment and stepped discharge outlet.
This ChemSet 161-236 static mixer has a bell housing or bell mount cartridge attachment and is used with 200, 400, or 600 ml cartridges or meter mix machines. The stepped mixing nozzle outlet attachment is designed to discharge a precise bead of adhesive or to attach to a spreading device. Inside the casing is a 36-section element that fits tightly to eliminate any adhesive bypass during the mixing process. Designed for mixing ratios 1:1 and 2:1; this ensures a complete mix for epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates. The ChemSet 161-236 is a motionless mixer for low viscosity materials in assembly, meter mix machines, concrete repair, carbon fiber applications and potting.
